We are still here still paying bills. Because we don’t get any grant money and all of our incoming funds are donated funds, we strongly encourage our Ribbons of Hope patients/clients to get those bills in quicker. Those late fees eat into those donated dollars and we try to avoid that at all cost. Several times over the last couple of months we have had to drop what we were doing and rush a check to the power companies. We will not be doing that anymore. Those donated dollars are so very hard to come by and when they are gone, so will Ribbons of Hope be. Thank you to everyone who donates!! We are working hard to stretch your donation.

We would like to thank the South Talladega County Personnel Association for choosing us again this year and blessing Ribbons with a donation. Community support is what keeps us going. We have people from all over Alabama asking do we know of an organization like ours in their county and sadly we have to tell them we do not. We also havent come across grants available for what we do on the local level for Talladega County. We survive off of donations. As long as the Lord continues to bless us with those, we will continue to help our cancer patients in our county. Hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving. Sadly we have one patient that left us before it got here. Hug your loved ones. Let people know how much you love them. Time is short.

They did a thing. And it turned out to be a huge thing. The County Line Fire & Rescue on the south end of Talladega County designed these Tshirts and sold them to raise money for Ribbons of Hope because we helped one of their own. They presented us with a $2750 check today. We are amazed! Of course being a volunteer fire department they could have used those funds theirselves. So we have included their Venmo if you would like to send them a little thank you. And they also have Tshirts left if you would like to contact them about getting one. Thank you County Line!

Ribbons of Hope Foundation would like to thank Childerburg High School’s HOSA, Ashley McRae & Warren Duke for hosting a fundraiser for us! They presented us with a check for $500 today. ❤️

These funds will be used to help our cancer patients as this time of year is even harder on them 🙏🙏

Huge shoutout to First Bank of Alabama for their donation. All of the employees raised funds and First Bank matched them and we got to be the lucky recipient!!! We will be able to help so many more patients with this. We cannot express our sincere thanks enough!
