Special Shelby Thank You! Shelby you paid attention to details, adjusted schedules with healthcare staff and guests and worked around some historic rains to make this weeks fishing dream come true. Life at times can be challenging while fishing in muddy waters makes for difficult fishing. Sunday Bob's fishing dream came true. Thank you for all the changes needed as we navigated the past few weeks with flooding. Fantastic day on the water for Bob.
Thank You Dreamweaver Foundation and the volunteers on board today from both organizations to honor Bob. Bob thank you for your service in the Navy and the Omaha Police department. Always a special treat for us to spend some quality time with our 1st responders. Peace be with you my friend.

Fridays fishing "TIPS" of the week! Hook & Worm worked slow in the grass or Bow & Arrow worked fast in the grass. Forget the windblown points and rocks for a few days and look for areas the nightcrawlers got washed into the lake. Mud and grass are the key areas of focus on. Stay safe out there. Live Well Go Fish!

Special THANK YOU to Mark at Allison Marine in Waterloo, Nebraska. Mark knowing our senior and veteran clients are from the assisted living homes and on tight schedules stepped up when our Minn Kota trolling motor needed immediate attention. Mark fixed the problem on a minutes notice making our seniors a priority. He had us back on the water in hours. Class act Mark.......because of you we can all Live Well & Go Fish.
This motor has also performed great with the spot lock keeping our seniors safe on the water while they target their fish. Great product!

Katie's Fishing Report. Catfish, wipers, bluegill biting on windblown shoreline 50 yards east of the Apace Nebraska Tents, 67 -109 feet south of the boat ramp, #2 hook, sliding egg sinker 18" above the hook with a split shot secured between the hook and weight. Key is fish with the wind in your face after the heatwave breaks in 3' of water or less. Special thanks to the Apace family for sharing the day with Live Well Go Fish on lake Wanahoo. Nice job to the volunteers Tom, Sam, John, David P and Annette for helping catch all those smiles today. Apace Beatrice, Create, and York great job. Thank you!

Highest Level of Engagement! Great job Jen you are our healthcare hero of the week. Thanks for all you do and for bringing your residents out for a little outdoor recreational therapy on the water. Sorry about that little prank the boys pulled off by setting the drag so light the kite did not come in for you. Great day of catfishing.
