Big news for Noble County! πŸ’š The Community Foundation has awarded $46,167 in 2026 Community Impact Grants to 12 local organizations working to make our county stronger.

From new books for pediatric patients at Parkview Noble Hospital, to live orchestral music in our schools, to preschool programs that get little learners ready for kindergarten, these dollars go straight to work for our neighbors.

Swipe to meet all 12 grantees, and if you see an organization you love, congratulate them in the comments!

To the donors who make the Community Impact Fund possible: this is your generosity at work. Thank you.

Big news for Noble County families! πŸ’š

The Community Foundation of Noble County has invested $100,000 in two licensed childcare centers, Noble Early Learning and Kendallville Day Care Center, to support high-quality early care and education for children and families across our county.

These grants are part of Lilly Endowment's GIFT IX initiative, and they support the people who create safe, nurturing spaces where our youngest neighbors learn, grow, and thrive.

"Quality childcare supports families, employers, and the overall vitality of our community," said Margarita White, President of the Community Foundation of Noble County.

From Ligonier to Notre Dame. πŸ’š

Meet Julian Campos, West Noble grad and 2026 Lilly Endowment Community Scholar. This fall, Julian heads to the University of Notre Dame to study accounting and finance, with four years of full tuition covered, and a dream of one day giving back to the community that raised him.

His advice for students who wonder if they are good enough to apply:

"YOU ARE GOOD ENOUGH!

Everybody has a unique story. Committees aren't looking for a perfect person; they are looking for a real person who cares about their community."

The 2027 Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship is open now for Noble County seniors.

πŸ“Œ Apply by September 10
