🇺🇸 CALLING ALL POST 243 MEMBERS, AREA LEGION MEMBERS & COMMUNITY VOLUNTEERS! 🇺🇸

LET’S GIVE BACK TO A FELLOW VETERAN WHO NEEDS US!

Recently, I was contacted by Visiting Angels about a disabled veteran in our community who lives alone and has no one to turn to for help. He desperately needs assistance with property cleanup, basic construction projects, cleaning, and organizing to improve his safety and quality of life.

As Commander of West Noble American Legion Post 243, I believe we have an opportunity to make a real difference for someone who has sacrificed for our country and our freedom. Now it’s our turn to step up for him!

HOW CAN YOU HELP?

📍 An informational sheet and volunteer sign-up sheet are available at West Noble American Legion Post 243 located at 100 S Main Street.

✅ Sign up for the projects you’re willing to help with.

✅ Once we have our volunteers organized, we’ll coordinate dates and times that work for everyone.

✅ Donations of needed supplies and household items may also be requested as we learn more about his needs.

TIME IS IMPORTANT! Winter is approaching quickly, and our goal is to complete as many of these projects as possible before the cold weather sets in.

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A LEGION MEMBER TO HELP! We welcome anyone in the general public who wants to lend a hand. Our doors are open, and every helping hand makes a difference!

IMPORTANT: My phone number is listed at the top of the sign-up sheet. If you sign up, please send me a text with your name so I can save your contact information and add you to the appropriate volunteer group chat. This will help us coordinate each project and get everyone working together.

I’ll also share additional information about items this veteran may need, for anyone interested in donating.

This is what serving our country and community is all about. We may not be able to solve every problem, but together we can make a tremendous difference in one veteran’s life.

🇺🇸 LET’S SHOW HIM THAT HE HAS NOT BEEN FORGOTTEN AND THAT HIS COMMUNITY STANDS BEHIND HIM!

Please stop by West Noble American Legion Post 243, sign up, and help us make this happen!

Questions? Send me a message directly.

Thank you in advance to everyone willing to step up and serve a fellow veteran. Let’s get this done!

As you can see we have a new menu board at the post. It shows the craft b**rs we have. We also now are doing $10 Pitchers / $14 for Craft brew pitchers, and 5 b**r buckets for $13. These were requested by several patrons so we now have them available.
