We would just like to recognize today the preacher of the Ligonier Christian Church for Pastor Appreciation Day!

“And then he told them, “Go into all the world and preach the Good News to everyone.”
‭‭Mark‬ ‭16‬:‭15‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Chris takes the words of John Mark in Mark 16 to heart. He truly cares for all in a hope that all he comes in contact with will choose Jesus. He preaches truth that even though we may not always like it we need to hear. Weather it is the love of Jesus or the truth of the book of revelation.

He comes to the pulpit every day with a humbled heart knowing that he is not perfect, knowing the people of his congregation are not perfect and he loves through it as Jesus loves us in the midst of our troubles.

Chris wakes up everyday with countless calls, prayer requests, counseling appointments, in the midst of having to navigate his own life. His dedication and determination does not go unnoticed even though being a preacher can be a thankless profession.

I know that he has brought many people to Jesus and will continue to do so. He has helped people grow in their relationships with other people but most importantly their walk with Jesus.

Chris is hardworking, he is caring, compassionate and we are so thankful that he has chosen the Ligonier Christian Church to call home.

Thank you for your dedication to our church.
