Meet Alberta!

Cloud is an old gal with an old soul, strong opinions, and the facial expression of someone who has absolutely had enough. She looks like she's been standing on her front porch for 40 years waiting for someone to step one inch onto her grass so she can tell them exactly what she thinks about it.

She has perfected the art of looking deeply unimpressed at all times, which is especially funny because underneath that legendary old-lady scowl is an incredibly sweet cat. Cloud absolutely loves her people. Once she trusts you, she purrs, makes biscuits, and settles into the role of loyal companion like she's been waiting her whole life for someone to come home.

Cloud is also very food motivated, which is basically the senior-cat equivalent of having a cheat code for friendship. She may not immediately trust you, but she will absolutely consider your proposal if snacks are involved. And once you've earned her trust, don't be surprised if your new daily schedule revolves around her asking, "Is it dinner time yet?" at 4:00... then 4:07... then 4:12... just to make sure you haven't forgotten.

We suspect Cloud was likely dumped in a feral colony, so she deserves a calm, quiet home with patient people who understand that trust takes time. She doesn't need to be rushed or expected to become everyone's best friend overnight. She just needs someone willing to let her settle in, respect her boundaries, and show her that she finally has a safe place to call home.

Because once this grumpy old lady decides you're her person, you'll have a sweet, affectionate companion who purrs, makes biscuits, keeps you on schedule, and probably continues to judge your life choices from across the room. She may look like she's about to tell you to get off her lawn, but deep down, Cloud is just an old-fashioned girl who wants a quiet home, a soft place to nap, a person to love, and dinner served exactly on time.

Eden loves being around her people and wants to be included in whatever you’re doing. She’s not necessarily a lap cat, but she’ll happily be right there beside you keeping you company. She’s playful, wonderfully squishable, and great with kids of all ages and other animals.
