We are honored to announce that Yildirim Salahaldin Hussein has been appointed as the Country Representative (Vice President) for Iraq. This appointment marks a significant step in the Society’s mission to bridge global innovation with local expertise. Mr. Hussein will lead the expansion of our professional and academic initiatives across Iraq.

Mr. Hussein joins the Society’s leadership with a prolific background in both academia and international research. As a faculty member at the University of Kirkuk, his contributions to the field have earned him global acclaim, including:

- Certified INV Inventor: Recognized by the International Federation of Inventors' Associations (IFIA – Geneva).

- Global Recognition Award 2025: Honored for his outstanding contributions to AI innovation.

- IBM Rising Champion: Successfully completed the IBM Rising Champions 2025 pathway.

His technical portfolio is diverse, spanning the development of Iraqi-specific Large Language Models (LLMs), environmental prediction systems, and advanced medical AI solutions.
