Cuban Teens!

One of the activities during the recent trip to Cuba was a youth event at Los Pinos Nuevos Church where teens had the opportunity to watch a movie, enjoy popcorn, and learn how to make balloon animals.

After the movie, Pastor Rafael Ventura encouraged the believing teens and shared the Gospel with all who attended.

A Heart to Serve

Martha is currently pursuing a degree in medicine because she has a heart to serve others. Beyond providing medical care, she also desires to share the love of Jesus with those she serves.

Although she was already involved in the ministry at Clínica La Esperanza, she wanted to become even more engaged in serving others.

She is currently studying at the university while also serving in her local church.

Pray for Álvaro and Soledad.

Both have been dealing with health challenges and are under ongoing medical care. Although they are receiving treatment and improving, there are still difficult days.

Álvaro is dealing with a hormonal imbalance that has caused loss of strength and muscle mass, and Soledad has been experiencing gallbladder and stomach issues related to stress.

They deeply appreciate your prayers for them and their family. Despite everything, they continue serving faithfully and finding renewed strength in Christ.

A Little History

Mexico has over 300 indigenous language variants. Back in the day, there were manuals with maps and lists of these languages.

These helped missionaries identify which language was spoken in each area and provided cassettes so people could hear God’s Word in their own language.

Giving Hope to These Children

Casa de Esperanza y Fe means House of Hope and Faith. It is not just a name, but a reality in the lives of these children.

It gives them hope for their future by preparing them with the academic skills they need. More importantly, they learn about the hope of the Gospel and faith in our Lord Jesus Christ.

Something Amazing from the Recent Trip to Cuba

Brother John saw around 700 people from different communities who needed glasses. They were so happy when they put them on and were finally able to read again.

Not only did they receive physical sight, but many also heard the Gospel of Jesus Christ. As people waited for their turn, members of the team shared God’s Word and their testimonies.
