Sapores is hosting a dine and donate for the Lehighton Fire Department tomorrow from 11am until 10pm! 10% of the proceeds will benefit the fire department, be sure to mention the Lehighton Fire Department when ordering!

During the Month of May, the Lehighton Fire Department Water Rescue and Underwater Recovery responded to 3 different waterway incidents that resulted in fatalities. These incidents occurred in Carbon, Lehigh, and Monroe Counties. As we are just really getting into swimming and watersport season, we would like to take this time to remember to practice waterway safety. For the safety of you and your family and for the benefit of first responders please ensure you are following these guidelines and make wise decisions. Thank you.

The District 5 Auxiliary would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated, donated, and came out to support the Lehighton Fire Department. Your generosity and support mean the world to us and help make events like this a success!

A special thank you to our food vendors, Happy Tummy and Pocono Potato Chip, for being a part of the event. We’d also like to give an extra big thank you to Pocono Potato Chip for generously donating 10% of their proceeds—your support does not go unnoticed!

Be sure to keep an eye out for next year’s raffle—we can’t wait to do it all again!

We are always looking for new firefighters and members to join our auxiliary. If you’re interested in getting involved, please send us a message—we’d love to have you!

Prize pick-up will be held This Monday at the fire station (on the side street) from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM.

It’s day 2 of our annual basket raffle! Attached is all of our pricing for raffles. We’re also running our jackpot board and a 50/50 again today. Happy Tummy Concessions is set up selling breakfast and they’ll switch to lunch so come hungry! Our final ticket sales will be at 1:45 with the drawing to follow. We look forward to seeing everyone today!

Our 3rd annual basket raffle is TOMORROW at the Lehighton Rec Center!Pictured are some of our prizes for our main raffle. We have over 150 prizes in our main raffle this year, as well as our three side raffle prizes which are a charbroil grill, a fire pit, and a cooler filled with adult beverages (you must be 21 or older to win the cooler). We will also be running a 50/50 and a lottery board. Doors will open tomorrow, the 28th at 10AM and doors will shut at 6PM. Pocono Potato Chip Company will be set up tomorrow selling food so come hungry! Doors will open on Sunday the 29th at 9AM with the final ticket sales being at 1:45PM with the drawing to follow. Happy Tummy Concessions will be set up on Sunday selling food so come hungry for breakfast or lunch! Again, we’d like to thank everyone who has donated to this event and the community for your support! We’re looking forward to a fun weekend! See you there!

Our 3rd annual basket raffle is 4 days away! Pictured we have a few of our basket raffle prizes that you can win! On Saturday March 28th our doors will open at 10AM and doors will close at 6PM. Pocono Potato Chip Company will be set up all day Saturday for some delicious food so be sure to come hungry! On Sunday March 29th our doors will open at 9AM and the last ticket sales will be at 1:45PM with the drawing to follow. Happy Tummy Concessions will be set up all day Sunday with some delicious breakfast and then they will switch to lunch. The Lehighton Booster Club will be set up both Saturday and Sunday selling baked goods as well. Throughout the day Saturday and Sunday we will be running a 50/50 drawing as well as lottery boards. We want to take this time to thank those that have donated to this event, we would also like to thank the community for always coming out to support us. We can’t wait to see you all this weekend!
