Friday Night at the ER® is an interactive game that challenges teams of four to manage a busy hospital during a simulated 24-hour period that takes just one actual hour. This activity is set to simulate one month in the life of someone who has just been released from prison and is trying to navigate his or her way through the system to comply with all the requirements of supervised release. By experiencing these complex obstacles and barriers that these individuals must navigate, we not only gain visibility into the individuals perspectives but also discover innovative ways to help them succeed.
