Congratulations to Lake 100 Executive Chair Lou Buigas on her continued leadership and service to the Lake County community.

A respected business owner, community advocate, and longtime civic leader, Lou has dedicated decades to strengthening Lake County through both public service and private industry. As Partner of West Construction Services, Inc., she has overseen custom home construction projects throughout the region for more than 25 years while remaining actively involved in numerous boards, committees, and community initiatives.

A first-generation American and the first Cuban American woman elected to office in Lake County, Lou previously served the City of Tavares as Councilwoman and Vice-Mayor and continues to be a strong voice for collaboration, responsible growth, and community engagement throughout the region.
