Brothers, thank you to everyone who came out to the Leesburg clubhouse and viewed the live stream to honor our brothers in chapter 31. I sincerely apologize for the technical issues we experienced during the middle of calling names and ringing the bell. I invested a great deal of time and expense to set up that entire system. We got it working with the help of a professional sound engineer. In the middle of the broadcast, Comcast Internet service went down, and we lost the feed for about eight minutes. Although the technical glitch was out of our hands, I feel terrible. This was only our second annual event, and we learned lessons to improve next time. I am already working on improvements and solutions so that we don’t have the same thing happen again. I also realized, after the fact, that the broadcast software I was using could have recorded the show without being connected to the Internet. Lessons learned, and improvements will be made as we continue to honor our Chapter 31 brothers. I appreciate your understanding and commitment to our organization, and I look forward to seeing you all again soon. Have a great day.
