QUEST, Inc. is proud to join communities across Pennsylvania in celebrating the abilities, accomplishments, and contributions of individuals with Down syndrome.
Governor Josh Shapiro has officially proclaimed October 2026 as Down Syndrome Awareness Month in Pennsylvania, recognizing the importance of inclusion, opportunity, independence, and community participation.

It has been 25 years since September 11, 2001.

Today is a day for remembrance of those who lost their lives at the World Trade Center, the Pentagon, United Airlines Flight 93, Firefighters, 🚒 police 👮🏻‍♂️ and EMS.

The events of that day were terrifying for our nation. But beyond the terror, we saw those who came through to help. Americans united to help each other overcome the awful circumstances. Strangers helped strangers, neighbors helped neighbors.

On this anniversary, let us be reminded of the unity we felt as a nation after 9/11. We can’t thank them all, but we can honor their memory with giving a small gesture of gratitude.

Today staff took three participants to deliver a case of water to South Lebanon PD, Hebron Fire company (not pictured) and Lebanon First Aid and Safety. This is our 5th year doing this, we appreciate and are grateful for our neighbors service workers today and everyday.

Today, we celebrate the hard work, dedication, and contributions of workers throughout our community — including people of all abilities.

At QUEST, we know that meaningful work can do more than provide a paycheck. It can help people:

• Gain confidence and independence
• Discover their strengths and abilities
• Become more connected to their community
