Congratulations to Amr, recipient of the 2026 Gene Kreitzer Memorial Scholarship from the Lebanon County Builders Association!

This scholarship honors the memory of Gene Kreitzer by supporting students pursuing higher education connected to the home construction trades, governmental affairs, or the PHRC industry.

Amr is a 2026 graduate of Cedar Crest High School and plans to attend Penn State Harrisburg, where he will study engineering with a focus on structural design and construction engineering. He is inspired by the opportunity to turn ideas and designs into safe, real-world structures that serve the community.

His future goals include working in structural and building design, construction project management, and using modern design technologies to help bring impactful projects to life.

With a passion for animals, the outdoors, and protecting our natural resources, Kody hopes to become a Wildlife Biologist and make a meaningful impact on conservation and wildlife preservation.

🎓 LCBA Scholarship Recipient Spotlight: Jesslyn Risser

The Lebanon County Builders Association is proud to recognize Jesslyn Risser, a 2026 graduate of Cedar Crest High School and daughter of John and Alisha Risser.

Jesslyn will begin attending Penn State University in the summer of 2026, where she plans to major in Animal Science. Her future goals include owning and operating her own dairy cattle operation, while continuing to take advantage of every opportunity that comes her way.

Jesslyn shared that she plans to keep an open mind for whatever God has in store for her, guided by the verse:

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” - Jeremiah 29:11

Congratulations, Jesslyn! LCBA is proud to support your future and wishes you continued success at Penn State and beyond. 💙
