WE MISS YOU.

As we look back on this summer, we can't help but think about all of the campers we missed seeing at Camp Zanika.

While this summer didn't go exactly as planned, we are so grateful for the memories we were able to make and the campers who filled camp with laughter, friendship, and adventure.

To those sessions we missed, we are so sorry we didn't get the chance to see you this summer.

Please know that we missed you, too.

We hope you spent your summer making memories wherever you were, and we hope to welcome you back through our gates next summer.

But right now, we need your help.

The canceled sessions this summer created a significant financial loss for Camp Zanika. As a nonprofit, the impact of those lost weeks is something we cannot simply make up on our own.

As we look back through the years, we're reminded that while the faces may change, the magic of Camp Zanika remains the same.

The friendships.

The laughter.

The adventures.

The traditions.

The little moments that somehow become the biggest memories.

For generations, campers have come to Camp Zanika to experience something bigger than a week away from home. They come to find belonging, confidence, friendship, and a place where they can simply be themselves.

These memories are our why.

This summer’s devastating wildfire smoke forced us to close camp sessions early and cancel others entirely. As a result, Camp Zanika is facing a $199,000 budget shortfall.

For a small nonprofit like ours, that is a significant loss. The income we earn during summer camp helps carry us through the entire year and gets us to the start of the next summer.
