Eastern Washington Family Child Care Association Eastern Washington Family Child Care Association offers support, resources and networking opportunities to all child care providers.

EWFCCA is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization and our purpose is to promote quality child care throughout Eastern Washington. EWFCCA offers STARS training through a variety of sources and covering a broad range of topics. Members receive 8 hours free STARS each year at monthly meetings as well as receive discounted prices on the “Reach For the STARS” March Conference and Fall workshop.

Update: Liz Kocherhans Memorial Service is scheduled for this Saturday, August 22nd at 10am at the LDS Chapel at 2112 West Francis Avenue, Spokane, WA. Attendees are welcome to honor Liz by wear color, sparkles and fun shoes! There will be a YouTube link shared soon....as soon as it is shared, we will post it here.

It is with a heavy heart that we share the passing of Liz Kocherhans. She was a dedicated childcare provider and member of our Association. She stood strong for providers rights and was always welcoming. Our prayers go out to her husband, Gib and their family during this difficult time. Until we meet again in heaven...rest in peace. 🩷
