One hour. Once a week. A lasting difference! Please share and help us spread the word! Together, we can make a difference, one connection at a time.

Be a buddy. Make a difference!

MCAS is proud to partner with the Youth Service Bureau to connect students with positive adult mentors through the School Buddies program.

School Buddies gives our students an extra caring adult in their corner, offering encouragement, support, and connection throughout the school year.

A little time can make a lasting impact for a student.

Since 1972, Youth Service Bureau of La Porte County has provided programs with goals of delinquency prevention, youth development and advocacy, child abuse prevention, and connecting youth to caring adults. Today, YSB serves our community's youth and families through Teen Court, School Buddies, and Kids on the Block.

United Way of La Porte County is proud to support YSB as one of our local funded partner agencies. Today, you can also support this work with a gift to the United Way of La Porte County annual campaign. You can make a one-time donation or schedule a sustaining gift securely on our website at unitedwaylpc.org.

You can also join us in celebration of our community and our collective impact this Friday, October 2 at UNITED WE RISE. Your ticket or sponsorship helps raise the funds our local partner agencies need to help ensure everyone in our community can THRIVE!

When you purchase your tickets, you can also select YSB at checkout and they will receive a $5 boost to their annual allocation for each ticket designated to them for the event. JOIN US! Tickets and sponsorships are available at unitedwaylpc.org/unitedwerise.
