More than 350,000 federal buildings across the country could soon be evaluated for mechanical insulation performance.

The Insulators LMCT is proud to support the Federal Mechanical Insulation Act (HR-3474/S-4312) moving through Congress. As a recent CommonWealth Beacon investigation into Boston hospitals shows, buildings that go unevaluated often waste enormous amounts of energy, and money, for years.

As the federal government recognizes the value of these inspections, we believe the private sector should take note too.
