We talk a lot about how offense can lead to bitterness, resentment, and unforgiveness. But there's another cost of offense we don't talk about nearly enough. It steals our time, our creativity, and the mental energy we need to accomplish what God has called us to do.

Our goal at PF Women is to make every event as cost effective as possible so that EVERY woman and teen girl can be a part of what God is doing. If you follow this plan starting November 1, you will be ready by early registration deadline!

What an amazing night with our PF Women Stronger Leadership Cohort! We were so blessed to welcome guest instructor Pastor Charisse Jenkins, District Women’s Director for the Penn-Del District of the Assemblies of God.

Pastor Charisse shared about building ministry that reaches women of every generation and structuring a leadership team to support that vision. I followed with a teaching on navigating confrontation with clarity, grace, and accountability. Both sparked meaningful discussion among our leaders!

Charisse brings such a love for Jesus and a passion for seeing women walk in the freedom He purchased for them. She is a wife, mother of four young adults, pastor, worship leader, writer, and speaker—but her favorite description of herself is “just a girl who loves Jesus.”

Thank you, Pastor Charisse, for investing in our leaders! We are grateful for your wisdom, your heart, and the way you inspired us to lead women of ALL generations. 💛
