Swan City SC (formerly Lakeland Tropics FC) was founded in 2008 upon the merging of Lakeland Soccer Club and Lakeland Highlands Youth Soccer Association. In doing so, one of the largest youth soccer organizations in Florida was born. With nearly 2,500 registered players, Swan City has become a prominent fixture on the Florida youth soccer map. Swan City carries on the long local tradition of foste

ring the development of young soccer players. Technical and tactical training sessions, camps and clinics, and league and tournament play are offered by our professional staff and dedicated volunteers. It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that our Kings Hammer Swan City community shares the loss of one of our own, Kayne Simmons.

Kayne was more than a player. He was a teammate, a friend, a son, and a valued member of our club family. His love for the game, his smile, and the impact he made on those around him will forever be remembered.

While our community is devastated by this loss, we are committed to honoring Kayne's memory and supporting one
another through this difficult time.

We invite our families, friends, teammates, coaches, and community members to join us in celebrating Kayne's life.

A huge congratulations to 2014 players Jace Talcott, Isaiah Perez, and Reed Corbett on being selected to attend the ODP Subregional Event in Georgia and proudly representing both Florida ODP and Kings Hammer Swan City on the regional stage. The boys have already made a big impact, helping Florida earn a 6-0 victory over South Texas and a 3-3 draw against North Texas in their opening matches.
