Our 3rd Annual Dance-a-Thon: Harvest Hop was a HUGE success! 🎉 Our dancers brought the energy, smiles, and amazing moves, all while supporting United Way of Central Florida! 🪩

A heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who donated, pledged, participated, and cheered us on! Your support made this event so special and helped us make a difference in our community! ❤️

PLEASE GO VOTE for our pumpkin during the United Way of Central Florida Pumpkin Partner Agency Contest!!! They were painted by hand by our client, Greg!!! All proceeds stay local, and benefit programs, like ours!

Our United Way of Central Florida Partner Agencies are getting into the fall spirit with our Pumpkin Decorating Contest, and YOU get to help choose the winners! 🍂

🗳️ Voting opens TODAY, October 21 and will run through October 30. Visit uwcf.org/pumpkin to vote for your favorite pumpkin!

🏆 Winners Announced: Monday, November 2

Two regional winners will be crowned: one representing Polk/Hardee counties and one representing Highlands County!

Dear AFI Family,

I am excited to share an important initiative for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Alliance for Independence will be hosting a special event from October 26th to October 29th, encouraging clients to wear pink in support of individuals affected by breast cancer.

As a breast cancer survivor myself, this cause holds a special place in my heart. I know firsthand the challenges faced by those diagnosed and the importance of community support! During this week, I invite all clients to wear pink any day to show solidarity.

Details of the Initiative:
- Dates: October 26th - October 29th
- Dress Code: Wear anything pink!
- Donation: A $1 contribution for each day you wear pink
- Purpose: All donations will remain local and support Breast Cancer Foundation of Central Florida, an organization dedicated to assisting women diagnosed with breast cancer. These funds will help provide essential services, such as paying bills and supplying food for families in our community! Funds stay local!!!

Your participation will not only raise awareness but also support those in our community who need it the most. Together, we can make a meaningful difference.

🏖️🌴 Day 4 of Fall Spirit Week took us on a tropical getaway! ☀️🌊 We celebrated Take Me Away Thursday with our best beach vacation outfits and got creative with a fun fall leaf decorating contest! 🍂🎨 It was the perfect mix of sunshine, fall fun, and spirit week excitement! 💛✨

🤠🌵 Yeehaw! Day 3 of Fall Spirit Week took us to the Wild West! 🐎🍂 We saddled up for Western Wear Wednesday and showed off our creativity with a fun scarecrow decorating contest! 🌾🎨 It was a day full of fall fun and lots of spirit! 🤎✨

🏈👻 Day 2 of Fall Spirit Week was a touchdown! 🎉🍂 We celebrated Team Tuesday by repping our favorite teams and getting spooky with a haunted gingerbread house competition! 🏚️🍬 What a fun-filled day of team spirit, creativity, and friendly competition! 🧡✨
