Ms. Remy is at the vet, visiting our favorite, Dr. Romo, for her annual implant and some routine bloodwork! ❤️

As one of our beloved insulinoma and adrenal sanctuary babies, Remy requires a bit more care and maintenence than your healthier babies.

True to form, she spent most of her visit handing out kisses and charming everyone she met. ❤️ Of course, she also felt it was important to remind everyone that she is, in fact, a ferret. The sweet little angel quickly unleashed her spicy side when it came time for the dental exam. 🤣

Medical care for our sanctuary ferrets is ongoing, and every donation helps us continue providing the specialized care they need. If you'd like to contribute to Remy's care, donations are always appreciated and make a huge difference. ❤️

Today's featured nappers are a throwback duo, Lilo and Nola, two of our former boarders who somehow managed to strike the most human looking sleeping pose imaginable. 🤣

Seriously.... tell me this isn't exactly how mom looks after a long week. I think these two have been secretly studying her sleep habits and taking notes. 🤣

🌞🥚 It's Saturday morning eggies time! 🥚🌞

This week's breakfast crew features Starfire, Aerith, Loki, and Kumba, who wasted absolutely no time diving into their favorite Saturday treat. ❤️

What you don't see is Po in the background having a full-blown egg-fueled meltdown and completely cracking out over the excitement. 🤣 Some ferrets have no chill when eggies are involved!

Dear friends,

Fluffy Farms Ferret Sanctuary is a completely volunteer-run rescue. Every ferret we help, every vet appointment we coordinate, every late-night emergency, and every adoption we facilitate is done by two people who also work full-time jobs, care for our own kids and animals, and manage a hobby farm.

On any given day, we may be juggling work, veterinary visits, rescue intakes, medications, cleaning, feeding dozens of ferrets, caring for our farm animals, and responding to messages, emails, texts, and phone calls. While we do our best to respond as quickly as possible, there are simply not enough hours in the day to answer everyone immediately.

We kindly ask for your patience and understanding if you are waiting to hear back from us. Please know that surrender requests and emergency situations will always take priority over adoption inquiries. When a ferret is at risk of abandonment, neglect, or has an urgent medical need, our focus must shift to helping that animal first.

We are only human and your calls or message may get lost amongst all the other multiples we receive, reminder messages are always welcome- provided they are in a reasonable time period (think standard 3-5 business days). Back to back calls or messages don't expedite your situation and may only delay the care of more critical babies.

We volunteer our time because we love ferrets and believe every one of them deserves a safe place to land. We appreciate your patience, your kindness, and your support as we work to help as many ferrets as possible.
