Celebrate freedom, culture, and community at the annual Juneteenth Block Party hosted by Juneteenth Lake Wales, Inc. Get ready for an epic night of action, teamwork and fun! We're joining forces with the Lake Wales Public Library to host a Teen Laser Tag Night at the Lake Wales Family Recreation Center! This event will take place July 15th from 7:30-9:30pm. Tickets are $3 a player and is open to players between the ages of 13-17 years old. Spots are limited, so register for a ticket today! Session 1 registration opens Monday, May 25th! All other session registration opens a week prior to the sessions' start date. Cost of swim lessons are $60 for non members, $50 for members and free for residents. Call us at 863-678-4192 to register!

If you are a Lake Wales City Resident, swim lessons are $0 per session. If you are a Lake Wales Family Rec Center member and not a Lake Wales City resident, swim lessons are $50 per session. If you are not a member and not a city resident, swim lessons are $60 per session. City residency is determined by address and taxing district.

Swim lessons will occur every weekday within the session, unless cancelled due to weather. All sessions will have morning and afternoon time slots.
Morning swim lessons are 8:45am-9:15am or 9:30am-10:00am. Afternoon swim lessons are 3:00-3:30pm or 3:45-4:15pm.
