CHAR SIU PORK BANH MI $14
This is our take on the classic Vietnamese sandwich found wherever street food is offered. This version features tender, deeply flavorful char siu pork tenderloin, shaved thin and layered on a toasted hoagie roll. A creamy spread of mayonnaise is the traditional base giving the sandwich a perfect tang. What really defines this sandwich is the crisp, vibrant slaw of matchstick carrots, cucumber, and cabbage tossed in a simple rice wine vinaigrette. The slaw also boasts a fragrant variety of scallions, fresh cilantro, and basil. Served alongside crispy fries seasoned just right. Every bite offers a beautiful harmony of sweet, savory, tangy, and crunchy textures that you will fall in love with.

FRIDAY
PAN-SEARED PACIFIC HALIBUT $29
Wild-caught Pacific halibut is the seasonal, fresh fish pick tonight. An incredible fish at the peak of its season, known for its flaky white meat, offering a superb dining experience. Tonight we pan-sear the lightly dredged fish to golden-brown perfection, keeping it incredibly flaky and tender inside. We rest the elegant fillet over a bed of herb smashed fingerling potatoes and pan-charred baby broccolini in garlic oil. The dish is finished with a velvety, house-made lemon-dill beurre blanc that brings a bright, rich elegance to every bite.

HOT-HONEY FRIED CHICKEN SANDWICH $15
A juicy, buttermilk-brined chicken breast is fried to a perfect golden crunch and served between two thick slices of buttery, toasted Texas toast. We coat the crispy chicken in a generous drizzle of house-made hot honey and spread a velvety Sriracha mayo across the base for an extra layer of creamy heat. The sandwich is stacked with zesty dill pickles and shaved iceberg lettuce. A side of fries is included to fulfill the hunger.

SMOKED WATERMELON MARGARITA $10
We’ve hand selected the sweetest of watermelons to feature a classic summer flavor margarita. Fresh watermelon juice is shaken along with lime juice, agave nectar, and Cazadores tequila. Del Maguey Vida, the gold standard for entry to the mezcal world, brings this margarita to another level. The natural sweetness of watermelon combined with mezcal’s rich, earthy, and signature smoky flavor will pair perfect with your summer evenings.

⚠️ Weather Alert

The forecast is showing the potential for severe weather this afternoon and evening, including strong winds, large hail, and the possibility of tornadoes.

Now is a good time to take a few simple precautions:
✅ Secure or bring inside any outdoor items that could blow away
✅ Charge your phones and electronic devices
✅ Have flashlights, batteries, and other essentials readily available
✅ Consider preparing meals ahead of time in case of a power outage
✅ Have some sturdy shoes on or at least nearby. If severe weather occurs, you’ll want to avoid walking barefoot around broken glass, debris, or other hazards

Let’s hope the storms weaken before reaching our area, but it’s always best to be prepared. Stay safe!

UPDATE June 12, 2026- There is a slight change in the closure schedule. Closures will occur Monday, June 15 through Wednesday, June 17 from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Then again the following week from Monday, June 22 through Thursday, June 25 from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. The graphic below has been changed to the correct dates.

EARLIER POST: ST. CHARLES COUNTY – The Missouri Department of Transportation will close Civic Center Drive at the Lake St. Louis bridge from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. June 16-18 and on June 23-25. All work is weather permitting.

Motorists can use Interstate 64 between Prospect Road and Lake St. Louis Boulevard as a detour around the closure.

Crews will be obtaining rock core samples for a future bridge replacement currently scheduled to begin in 2028. Numerous samples will be needed across the width of the existing bridge driving surface. A full closure of Civic Center Drive and the Lake St. Louis bridge is necessary for the safety of the workers and to expedite the coring process.

Lake Saint Louis Ambassadors Citywide
July 4th Fireworks Show!!!

The Lake Saint Louis Ambassadors annual citywide Fireworks Show at the dam will take place on July 4 at 9:30 PM. This is a free event and all residents of Lake Saint Louis are invited to attend.

A public viewing area between Bent Oak Cutoff and Edgewater Point is set up for all to enjoy the fireworks. Parking for this area is available along portions of Lake Saint Louis Boulevard. The dam will be closed starting at 7:00 AM July 3 until 3:00 AM July 5.

We appreciate our partnership with SSM who also allows limited access to their property to view the fireworks show after 8:30 PM. Those viewing from the hospital property are restricted to the back lot as seen on the map.
