A preemptive action against a person/ group. A simple 1-2 followed up with a tie and headbutt or vice versa.

Again, MOST people have no problem avoiding physical confrontation. The struggle I see, is that adrenaline and fear stop people from acting. This is a simple, prompt defense to being cornered.

Negative reinforcement doesn’t cause success.

“Go ahead and quit, you can’t cut it.”

It makes your team challenge their internal battles which leads to success! ⚠️ Some will choose to quit and there’s nothing you can do about it.

What’s obsession?
It’s the need to get things done. The simple things day in and out. Not the lie that it has to be perfect.

Obsession doesn’t care about being sore, or tired or what the weather is.

Obsession doesn’t have to make time- the time is there.

Most youth will say they simply choose not to do something when the reality is the college, the business, the friends and girls are comfortable and in the end… empty.

So when I say obsession, I mean commitment- f all those f’s who didn’t prepare or work hard. Don’t feel bad for a second when they fail!
