Keating Meadows is a small family oriented subdivision located in Orion Township Michigan. Association members have the privilege to enjoy access to Lake Voorheis, the largest private all sports lake in Oakland County. Lake Voorheis offers a private beach and a boat launch to enjoy those summer months.

Let's collectively resolve to do our part in ensuring the smoothest possible trash and recycling collection in Orion Township in 2026.

Here are a few helpful reminders to make that happen:

• Each home is provided one Township-issued cart set: one 95-gallon trash cart and one 65-gallon recycling cart

• Only Township-issued carts will be collected for trash and recycling.

• All materials must fit inside the cart — no loose bags or items outside, except for trash pickups following designated holidays listed on our website.

• Personal containers may be used for yard waste only and must be labeled with a Township yard waste sticker (available for pickup at Township Hall).

• Important date to note: Beginning February 3, 2026, only compliant Township carts will be serviced. We understand some households are still awaiting delivery of their Township-issued cart(s), and collection will continue for those residents until their compliant containers arrive.
