FREE SATURDAY MORNING WORKOUTS! ⚾️

Starting THIS SATURDAY, Coach Tj will be holding FREE workouts for the kids!

⏰ 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM
💰 Cost: FREE
AGES - 10 and up.. If your child is younger, please contact Coach Tj. We will be using weights and working at a fast pace.

All we ask is that you show up ready to WORK! 💪

We’re going to get better, compete, and put in some extra work every Saturday morning. No excuses, just come ready to grind!
