October 15th is International Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day.

Today, we remember and honor the precious babies who left this world far too soon but will forever remain in our hearts. 💗

At 7 PM local time, families around the world are invited to light a candle in remembrance of babies gone too soon. By keeping the candle lit until 8 PM, we create a continuous Wave of Light that travels across the globe as each time zone joins in.

We invite you to join Octavia's Love tonight by lighting a candle in honor of your baby, a loved one's baby, or all the little lives that have touched our hearts.

To every family grieving the loss of a baby: Your baby matters. Your grief matters. And your baby will never be forgotten. 🤍

If you feel comfortable, we would love for you to share your baby's name in the comments so we can remember and honor them together. 🦋

I wanted to take a moment to share just how wonderful and special Octavia’s Love Vendor Event was. 🦋💗

Even though the weather wasn’t exactly on our side, you guys still showed up and showed out! 🥹💕 The love and support you gave to all of our amazing local vendors truly meant so much.

A very special thank you to Corey for putting together such a beautiful event and creating something that holds such a special place in my heart, as well as in the hearts of so many other families. 🦋💙

It was truly a beautiful, meaningful, and memorable day, and I feel so grateful that I had the opportunity to be a part of it.

Thank you so much for considering The Disco QueenTx as a vendor and for allowing me to be part of something so special. 🥹🩷

Thank you to everyone who came out to support our First Annual Butterfly Release and joined us in honoring babies gone too soon.

A special thank you to our amazing volunteers who helped with setup, welcomed families, and passed out butterflies for the release.

Thank you to all of our vendors for your patience, flexibility, and willingness to support our mission. We are incredibly grateful that you chose to be part of such a meaningful day with us.

Most of all, thank you to our community for showing up for the families we serve. Your support means more to us than we can put into words. 🤍

We are already looking forward to next year’s Butterfly Release and continuing to create a space where our babies are remembered, their names are spoken, and their families are surrounded by love. 🦋
