Born 20 years ago from the inspiration and community spirit of Disney Cast Members, Encore Cast Performing Arts provides an avenue for creativity and expression in the performing arts, and supports charities that make Central Florida a better place to live. With more than 300 volunteers, Encore has a rich tradition of presenting the highest quality on stage, showcasing the vitality and diversity o

f our community. Since the organization’s founding, Encore’s productions have generated nearly $300,000 in support for non-profits in a wide variety of causes including medical research, animal rescue, wish granting and arts education.

Phil Connors, a cynical Pittsburgh TV weatherman is sent to cover the annual Groundhog Day event in the small town of Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania. Caught in a time loop, he’s forced to relive the same day again and again… and again.

Critically acclaimed on both the West End and Broadway, Encore Performing Arts opens its 25th Anniversary Season of Reflection with Tony-nominated and Olivier Award-winning Groundhog Day.
