Valley Oaks Health is proud to announce the launch of our Wellness and Recovery Office-Based Opioid Treatment (OBOT) Program!
Made possible through funding from the City of Lafayette Opioid Settlement Grant, this program represents another important step in our commitment to providing comprehensive, integrated care for individuals impacted by opioid use disorder.
After months of planning and collaboration, we were excited to welcome our first client on April 29, 2026. We are now accepting referrals from community partners.
Our OBOT program offers:
✔ Medications for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD), including Suboxone, Vivitrol, and Subutex for pregnant individuals
✔ Individual and group therapy
✔ Peer support services
✔ Access to the full continuum of Valley Oaks Health services
Located at our Ferry Street location in Lafayette, the OBOT program is integrated with our Primary Care services, helping us provide coordinated, whole-person care that supports long-term recovery and wellness.
We are grateful to the City of Lafayette and the many team members, partners, and supporters who helped bring this program to life. We also look forward to sharing more soon about our upcoming women's re-entry housing initiative, another key component of this grant-funded project.
Together, we are expanding access to recovery services and helping build healthier communities.
