We have confirmed that no UA Local 26 members were injured in today’s explosion at the Nippon facility in Longview.

Our thoughts are with all of the workers who were injured, along with their families, coworkers, and everyone impacted by today’s incident. We’re grateful for the quick response from emergency personnel and wish a full and speedy recovery to those affected.

Brothers and Sisters,

Just a friendly reminder, as announced at last week's Union Meeting, the Business Offices will be closed January 21st, 2026 for a staff meeting. If you call the office or an agent during this time, please make sure to leave a message, and we will get back to you beginning Thursday. Training staff will provide assistance in the interim if you need to sign the out of work list.
