C. Hook Theater

C. Hook Theater C. Hook Theater is La Mesa's premier theater for youth. Hook Theater is a volunteer after-school program that promotes theater arts for High School students.

Dr. Mark Arapostathis is the founder and director of C. Hook Theater. He is a teacher in the La Mesa Spring Valley School District and a La Mesa City Council Member.

Now we take a look at our modern history from 2018-2025. We had a few bumpy years, as did the world, but we are back and getting on our feet again. Fun fact: The hiatuses we took the longest break in C. Hook and PPJT history, yet we are still producing great theater and serving our community!
