The 8th Annual Spring Valley Tailgate & BBQ Festival will be held on Sunday, November 5, 2017 at Troy Street between Bancroft Avenue and Central Avenue from 10 AM to 5 PM. Initiated by the Marso Walchef Foundation, Cali Comfort BBQ and Valley Farm Market, the goal of the festival is to raise money youth sports programs in Spring Valley. We hope to have 30 Amateur BBQ Teams participating in this ye

ar’s competition. The Amateur Teams will be competing in five categories: Tri-Tip, Pork Ribs, Chicken, Carne Asada and Best Decorated Tailgate Team.
