The enemy covered the wells, but Isaac chose to dig again.

The Philistines buried the wells Abraham had dug—symbols of God's provision, covenant, and faithfulness. Yet Isaac refused to leave them hidden. He uncovered what had been lost, even when he faced contention, hostility, and opposition.

Sometimes following God means re-digging the places where His promises have been buried under disappointment, distraction, or resistance. Keep digging. Keep trusting. Keep believing.

There is a Rehoboth ahead—a place where you can declare, “The Lord has made room for us, and we shall be fruitful in the land.” (Genesis 26:22)

The opposition isn't the end of the story. God's covenant faithfulness still runs deep, and every shovel of obedience uncovers another reminder that He has not forgotten His promises. 💧✨

I love God nuggets...

Last night, I shared in small group that my prayer in this last season was "Lord, I do not know what to do or where to go but I can not go back to what I use to be!"

It was prayer, prayed in a season of pruning and intense heartbreak and lots of not knowing.

Then this morning, I am in John 6, and Jesus has dropped a harsh word of reality about being the Bread of Life and not only did the Jew grumble but His disciples got offended and left.

BUT PETER...

As I read Peter's words, I was reminded and reassured of perks of following Jesus, even in the unknown. And today I want to remind you that even if the others turn back, keep following Jesus into the unknown.

66: From this time many of his disciples turned back and no longer followed him.

67:“You do not want to leave too, do you?” Jesus asked the Twelve.

68: Simon Peter answered him, “Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life. 69 We have come to believe and to know that you are the Holy One of God.”

Day 16 – Choose Honor in Private and Public

Prayer:
Father, help me honor my husband consistently, whether we are alone or surrounded by others. Guard my tongue from criticism, sarcasm, or unnecessary comparison.

Make a conscious decision not to complain about your husband to others today. Instead, speak well of him or remain silent.

This week, we are shifting from understanding covenant to intentionally living it out.

Honor and respect are not merely feelings—they are choices we make every day through our words, attitudes, actions, and prayers. As kingdom wives, we have the opportunity to cultivate homes where encouragement is abundant, grace is extended, and Christ is reflected.

Each day includes a prayer focus and a practical activation to help put our faith into action.

Day 15 – Speak Life

Prayer:
Lord, let the words of my mouth build up rather than tear down. Teach me to speak with wisdom, kindness, and encouragement so that my husband is strengthened by what I say.

Activation:
Offer one genuine, specific word of encouragement to your husband today. Thank him for something he does or for a character quality you admire.

This week's, June Month of Marriage, we have the honor and privilege to share Crystal Brewster Jones' story.

Eric and I will be married 25 yrs this November. Our marriage has faced many trial and trouble over those years including his cancer diagnosis last April. Throughout the years we have learned that without putting God at the center of our marriage we would have not survived. If I could give one piece of advice it would be that the family you are building comes before the family you came from.
The picture is a true testimony of what God can do. It was taken just 4 months after his “terminal” cancer diagnosis. In April we would have never dreamed we would be at the beach just 4 months later…BUT God🙌🏻

✨ Are you cultivating your faith… or just consuming content? ✨

We live in a world where sermons, podcasts, reels, and devotionals are available at the tap of a screen. But more information doesn’t automatically produce more discernment.

In this week’s episode of Come to the Table, we’re talking about what it really means to cultivate a life rooted in God’s Word. Just as a gardener patiently tends the soil before expecting a harvest, believers are called to abide in Christ, study the Scriptures, and let the Holy Spirit produce wisdom over time.

🌱 Discernment isn’t developed by endlessly scrolling.
📖 It’s cultivated by consistently abiding.

Join us as we explore the biblical meaning of discernment, why spiritual maturity requires more than consumption, and how planting yourself deeply in God’s Word equips you to recognize truth and walk in obedience.

Because healthy roots produce healthy fruit. 🍃

In a world overflowing with content, how do we cultivate true biblical discernment? In this episode of Come to the Table, we explore the difference between simply consuming information and intentionally cultivating a life rooted in God's Word. Discover how abiding in Christ, studying Scripture faith...
