Our final oil in our Fall Wellness series, by Debra Reis, instructor for ISHA, is Eucalyptus Radiata.

Eucalyptus is known for its fresh, penetrating aroma and is traditionally used in aromatic preparations intended to create a sensation of clearer breathing.

Although diffusing eucalyptus hasn't been shown to prevent infections or strengthen the immune system, its refreshing scent can be comforting.

Consider using eucalyptus during a quiet breathing practice or while creating a fresh, welcoming environment at home.

One of Debra Reis' favorite ways to embrace seasonal transitions is through aromatherapy.

Essential oils offer a simple, enjoyable way to create a comforting atmosphere, encourage relaxation, and bring intentional moments of self-care into our daily lives.
