What an incredible month it has been so far! Throughout Domestic Violence Awareness Month, the Haven House team has been out in our community, connecting with amazing supporters, building relationships, and spreading the word about the services we provide.

This past weekend, we had the opportunity to spend an evening at Eagleton College & Career Academy and a day at Alcoa Police Department Community Day! We are so grateful for every conversation, every connection, and every person who took the time to learn more about Haven House and our mission.💜

Every opportunity to share our story helps us reach someone who may need support and reminds survivors that they are not alone, help is available, and Haven House is here for them.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us, welcomed us, and helped us turn awareness into action this October. Together, we are building a stronger, safer community!💜

As we wrap up Domestic Violence Awareness Month, Haven House invites our community to join us for a very special Candlelight Vigil. Together, we will honor the lives lost to domestic violence, remember those whose stories deserve to be heard, and stand in love and support of survivors.

This evening is a time for reflection, remembrance, hope, and unity as we come together to shine a light on the impact of domestic violence and remind survivors that they are not alone.💜

Real change happens when our community comes together to make a difference! This Domestic Violence Awareness Month, Haven House is proud to recognize United Way of Greater Knoxville for being a valued community partner and investing in the work we do.

Because of supporters like United Way, we can continue showing up for survivors of domestic violence and their children—providing critical resources, compassionate advocacy, and a path toward safety and healing.
