Shoutout to the students from Paideia for recently volunteering on an Operation Backyard jobsite! They worked alongside a homeowner, staining her newly built front porch and ramp. It was a fun day!

Building a ramp for Mrs. Kathie and Mr. Bob was such a gift. Many of their neighbors came by to let us know what a blessing this couple is to each other and to their community – we felt incredibly grateful to get to serve and spend time with them.

We recently worked with Mrs. Sarah, repairing her porch and her ramps. She was so grateful for all the hard work done, but her favorite part of the entire experience was the volunteers she got to know and the relationships she built. She was outside with our volunteers every day - chatting, providing shade tents, and swapping stories. Community is such an important part of what we build at Operation Backyard, and we are grateful to see it mean so much to Mrs. Sarah and the volunteers who served her.
