Northside Compassion Project The Northside Compassion Project is a 501c3 non profit organization located in Knightdale, NC. Our mission and work is fueled by the love of Jesus Christ.

The Northside Compassion Project began in 2013 with a vision - to end homelessness in our community by supporting the people working hard for a better future. Since our founding, our lives in community with our exceptional neighbors has expanded our work into daily neighbor care. Our Compassion Homes provide hospitality to neighbors building new lives after homeless challenges and recovery journeys. Partnering with local programs such as Raleigh Rescue Mission and Raleigh Dream Center, we walk with residents through compassionate property management, encouraging independence as they pursue their goals and reach their God-given potential. Our Compassion Box serves basic needs to all neighbors, every hour of every day. Our Restock Team manages daily inventory with the integrity expected for their own families. This outdoor, accessible pantry provides our community with free non perishable foods and toiletries as a consistent reminder that you are loved. In keeping with our mission to love and care for our neighbors by helping provide basic necessities, Northside Compassion Project extended that care to Knightdale High School this week. With your generous support, we delivered more than 200 snacks and 28 clothing items for the school’s student services closet and pantry!

This is only possible because of our wonderful community - supporters who give regularly, and the sponsors and participants of our annual Pot of Gold 5K! ☘️. We couldn’t do it without you!

This past week, we had the joy of welcoming another incredible group of students and parents from Commission Leadership Academy to serve alongside us. These sweet families brought bags of donations for the Compassion Box, created 100 hygiene kits, labeled and packaged nearly 300 items, and stocked the box with donations before heading home!

We are so grateful for this continued partnership and for Commission Leadership Academy’s commitment to serving their community with the love of Christ!
