An in-person visit before the abortion pill typically includes an ultrasound. That ultrasound does two things: confirms how far along a pregnancy is, and rules out an ectopic pregnancy — which can be life-threatening if missed.

Mail-order, "no-test" telehealth visits skip that step completely. No ultrasound. No safety net.

This is the ground we're fighting to hold — for her safety and her baby's life.
