The 2025 Annual Drinking Water Quality Report for the 2024 Operating Year is available for customers on our website.

Paper copies will be included with customers paper bills. For customers who receive ebills, it was included with the recent bill.

Our processor has updated autopay to enable customers to manage online. If you had set up autopay with a paper application, please go to https://wkma.authoritypay.com/site/login and access your account to reset/reapply for autopay.

This gives our customers the ability to stop or start autopay as needed.

We recommend setting up autopay when the account is at zero balance, and it will be effective for the next bill.

Our credit card processor is now offering to process echeck (ACH) payments via our website. This includes automatic payments.

When you log into your account online, it will ask if you would like to schedule automatic payments.

If you have already set up ACH Payments with WKMA, there is no need to set it up with the processor. No action is required!

If you want to change to the process, that is okay. Let us know so we can remove you from the original ACH process going forward.
