In an effort to keep our residents informed in the community, the Board of Directors has started this page. The board will post important information about new projects, community changes, annual board meetings, and other important events. NEW ROOF REPLACEMENTS IN JUNE:

Calvert Roofing will be replacing roofs at Building 10 1965/1969/1973 Greenglen and Building 13 2002/2008 Greenglen beginning the week of June 23 weather permitting.

Please ensure that the areas in front of each building remain free of vehicles, as roofing materials will be delivered between a few days prior.@

Residents should also be aware that work will begin around 7:00 a.m. to remove the old roofing materials.

In addition, the Board would like everyone to know that all satellite dishes will be removed from the roofs and will NOT be reinstalled on the roofs afterward. If you have a satellite dish please make arrangements with your service provider to set up your dish elsewhere.

The Board has been notified on several occasions that glass containers have been used in the pool area. Please be reminded that glass containers are not permitted under the Pool Rules.

If glass enters the pool, the pool may be required to close for the remainder of the season to ensure the safety of all residents. The owner responsible will be subject to a fine and will be charged for all costs associated with the cleanup, draining, refilling, and reopening of the pool.

Please help keep the pool area safe by complying with all Pool Rules.

ROOF REPLACEMENTS

Building 2 1943/1951 Greenpoint and Building 18 1921/1927/1933 Hunting Lake,
Your roofs are being replaced this week-the weather will dictate the actual dates. Be on the lookout.
Please keep your cars clear-for their safety.
Be prepared for much noise.

Residents should also be aware that work will begin around 7:00 a.m. to remove the old roofing materials.

In addition, the Board would like everyone to know that all satellite dishes will be removed from the roofs and will NOT be reinstalled on the roofs afterward. If you have a satellite dish please make arrangements with your service provider to set up your dish elsewhere.

We are happy to announce that the pool will reopen at 2:00 PM. The water chemistry has been tested and is now at the appropriate levels. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Enjoy your time at the pool!

Today, a St. Louis County inspector evaluated the pool and determined that the chemical levels are currently outside of the required range. For the safety of all residents and guests, the pool will need to remain temporarily closed.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Our pool service provider is actively working to correct the chemical levels, and the pool will be reinspected once adjustments have been completed.

We will continue to keep everyone updated regarding the closure and reopening status.

ROOF REPLACEMENTS IN JUNE:

Calvert Roofing will be replacing roofs at Building 2 1943/1951 Greenpoint and Building 18 1921/1927/1933 Hunting Lake beginning on June 4, weather permitting.

Please ensure that the areas in front of each building remain free of vehicles, as roofing materials will be delivered between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on June 2.

Residents should also be aware that work will begin around 7:00 a.m. to remove the old roofing materials.

In addition, the Board would like everyone to know that all satellite dishes will be removed from the roofs and will NOT be reinstalled on the roofs afterward. If you have a satellite dish please make arrangements with your service provider to set up your dish elsewhere.
