Happy Halloween from the Kirkwood American Legion!

Post 156 members will be leading off the Greentree Parade in three vehicles. Members will be handing out American flags to the children along the route.

Our members will be manning the Beer Booth at the festival on Sunday from 11 AM to 5 PM .

Visit us at the Greentree Festival in Kirkwood Park!

And come out for the parade on Saturday: It starts at 10:00 a.m. It starts at Kirkwood High School. The new route continues along Peeke, heads south on Kirkwood Road, and finishes west on Argonne, ending at Kirkwood Park.

=MEMORIAL BENCH FUNDRAISER PROJECT=

The memorial bench is in front of the post, visible from S. Clay Ave. under our American Flag.

There are 144 spaces, and one of them is waiting for you to honor your veteran.

This will be a great place to bring children and others to learn about the sacrifices and contributions our military veterans have made over the years for our freedoms.

PROCEEDS BENEFIT The Veterans Community Project's Village of 50 tiny houses for Veterans experiencing homelessness and an Outreach Center to provide walk-in support services for any Veteran in the St. Louis metro area.
