Yesterday, ACT NOW CDC had the privilege of providing our Just Relax Tent at Kinston Teens Sunday Dinner, and what an incredible afternoon it was!

Our tent wasn't just a place to sit. It was a space to slow down, connect, laugh, listen, and have meaningful conversations with members of our community. In a world that constantly tells us to rush, sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is simply be present with one another.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, shared a conversation, and helped create an atmosphere of connection and encouragement. We also want to thank Kinston Teens for providing another wonderful Sunday Dinner and for their continued commitment to serving our community.

Community isn't built through programs alone. It's built one conversation, one connection, and one relationship at a time.
We're already looking forward to the next one!

At our Just Relax Tent, there are no agendas, no pressure, and no expectations. It's simply a space to slow down, connect with others, and enjoy genuine conversation while the kids play and the community comes together.

Stop by, grab a plate, pull up a chair, and just relax with us. Sometimes the best thing we can offer each other isn't advice. It's connection.
