“No Excuses” Daily Movement Challenge

Program Overview
In recognition of Men’s Health Month, the Beta Kappa Sigma Chapter is launching the “No Excuses” Daily Movement Challenge to encourage brothers and men throughout the community to prioritize their physical, mental, and emotional health through daily movement and accountability.
This challenge is designed for all fitness levels and lifestyles. Participants are encouraged to commit to a minimum of 30 minutes of physical activity each day throughout the month of June.
The focus is not on intensity, perfection, or competition — the focus is consistency, accountability, and building healthier habits together as brothers and men of the community.

Program Goals
The goals of this initiative are to:
Promote healthier lifestyles among men
Increase awareness surrounding Men’s Health Month
Encourage consistency and accountability
Strengthen brotherhood and community engagement
Support mental health through physical activity
Create sustainable healthy habits
Challenge Dates
June 1, 2026 – June 30, 2026
Daily Commitment
Each participant agrees to complete:
Minimum Requirement:
30 minutes of movement daily
Participants may complete activities at their own pace and comfort level.
Approved Activities
Participants may choose activities including but not limited to:
Walking
Running/Jogging
Basketball
Bike Riding
Yard Work
Weight Training
Home Workouts
Stretching/Yoga
Hiking
Jump Rope
Swimming
Sports Activities
Fitness Classes
Active Recovery
The key is movement and consistency.
Participation Rules
Every participant should complete at least 30 minutes of activity daily.
Activities may be completed individually or in groups.
Participants are encouraged to post accountability updates regularly.
Participants should encourage and motivate one another throughout the challenge.
Rest and recovery are encouraged when needed, but participants should still attempt light movement such as stretching or walking.
Honor system applies — accountability and integrity matter.
