We will hold our 2027 General Meeting on Wednesday, August 26, 2026 at 6:00pm in the Film Room (located to the right of the football stadium gates). We are excited to officially introduce our new Head Coach, Michael Turchan to all of you.

This is an opportunity for us to share information about the upcoming season (budget, dues, fundraisers, field maintenance and schedule), vision for our baseball program aswell as giving parents and players (current and future) an opportunity to meet Coach.

We looking forward to seeing you!

North Cobb is proud to announce Coach Mike Turchan as the next Head Baseball Coach at North Cobb High School!

Coach Turchan has served as an assistant coach in the North Cobb baseball program for the past 20 years and most recently led the Lady Warriors softball program for the last six seasons. During that time, he guided the team to three consecutive region championships, three Final Four appearances, and national rankings (NFCA) as high as 6th in 2024 and 9th in 2025. Turchan was named Region Coach of the Year twice and earned Cobb County Coach of the Year honors in 2023.

A proven leader and longtime Warrior, we are excited for the future of North Cobb Baseball under his leadership! Go Warriors!

After 30 years of coaching, Coach Callahan is stepping into a well-earned retirement (from coaching).

From 3 years in slow pitch softball and 6 years assisting in football and baseball, to 21 years leading as Head Baseball Coach—his impact reaches far beyond the field.

He’s been a teacher, mentor, and a steady presence for so many athletes over the years. The time, dedication, and care he’s given to our Warrior baseball program and players is something that can’t be measured.

Coach, thank you for the legacy you leave behind. You’ve made a difference that will last for years to come.

Enjoy this next chapter—you’ve earned every bit of it! 🧡⚾️💙🏹
