I JUST TALKED WITH BRO MARK GILSTRAP. CATHY HAS HAD A COUPLE OF GOOD DAYS . PLANS FOR THEM STARTING RADATIOB THEN FOLLOWS CHEMO. KEEP PRAYING FOR HEALING. ALSO BRO MARK GOT WORD OF THE DEATH OF HIS NEPHEW SPECIAL PRAYERS TO MARK AND HIS SISTER.

I talked to Brother Bill Whitaker today. He seems to be doing pretty good. BROTHERS HE SAID HE HAS TALKED TO NO ONE FROM THE LODGE. He said wife, Eva, hopes to be home by May 8th. At that time, past Master Randy Akers and I plan to provide a meal. As you might know, Bill cannot drive - difficult for him to walk. Maybe some of you will be able to reach out to them.

Masonic Last Rites will NOT be held at the funeral service

so, the Lodge will be put at ease while we share memories about Brother Sam

Greetings Brethren and Friends,

Our May 25 meeting was a Grand Masters visit and our annual "Friends and Family Night". We presented two local Intermediate schools (Big Shanty) and two Elementary schools (Kennesaw) students with eReaders at their school ceremonies earlier in the week.

Grand Master Leazer presented two certificates from Meyerhardt to Ms.Barbara Powell Schager whose students Nathan Chavez and Audrina Flores could not attend. Pictured with the Grand Master are Miss Kayson Fernandez and Mr.Logan Cleghorne.

MWB Leazer is shown singing his book "Fundamentalism and Freemasonry" for our library copy, myself, and a couple of other brothers.

Grand Master Leazer also presented a 50-Year Grand Lodge Award to Brother Charles Gray Newman.
