A word from our second Co-Dean 💌

To my neos,

Being your Dean has been one of the most meaningful experiences in my life. It feels like just yesterday I was standing where you are now, taking reveal pictures in the exact same spot and wondering where this journey will take me. Getting to guide the three of you through your own journey and watching you grow into the Lambdas you are becoming has truly been such a special full-circle moment for me.

Each of you brought something so unique and beautiful to this process. Isabel, watching you step into leadership so naturally made me so incredibly proud. You have such a strong presence and a way of uplifting the world around you. Adriana, your resilience and quiet strength never went unnoticed. No matter what came your way, you continued pushing forward, and that something I will always admire. Fatima, your kindness and warmth made such an impact on everyone around you. You have a light that makes people feel loved, welcomed, and safe.

I hope you know that gaining letters also means gaining people who will stand beside you through every stage of life. You will have moments where you feel challenged, overwhelmed, excited, inspired, and everything in between, but you will never have to go through any of it alone. Your journey in Lambdas is only beginning. There are so many memories waiting for you, so many lessons to learn, and so many moments that will shape you forever. I already know you three are going to leave your own beautiful mark on this sisterhood.

More than anything, I hope you know how loved you are. No matter how much time passes or where life takes us, I will always be here for you. Whether you need advice, encouragement, or even just someone to listen, I’m only a phone call away. I already know we’re going to make so many fun memories, and I cannot wait to watch all three of you grow into even more incredible women.

Thank you for trusting me, allowing me to be part of such an important chapter in your journey, and for reminding me why I love this sisterhood so much.

A word from our first Co-Dean 💌

Dear my Shimmering Psi Class,

I am so incredibly proud of all the hard work and dedication you have all shown. You are truly determined, resilient, and always push through while continuing to support each other along the way. Watching the bond you have already created has been such a beautiful thing to witness, and I am so glad to have you all as my neos and to continue getting to know each and every one of you. From even the small glimpse I have seen so far, I already know you will become incredible Lambdas. Each of you brings something so unique, special, and beautiful to this sisterhood, and sometimes words cannot fully describe how proud I am of the women you are becoming. Your strength, kindness, and individuality shine in your own ways, and I hope you all continue to stick together, uplift one another, and always remember that you never have to go through anything alone. I will always be here if you need someone to talk to, guidance, encouragement, or simply someone to lean on. I truly believe in every single one of you, and I cannot wait to see all you accomplish as you continue to grow and blossom in this sisterhood. I am beyond excited to continue making memories with all of you and watch you become the amazing women you are meant to be.

Why Lambda: I chose Lambda Theta Nu Sorority, Inc. because growing up in a multicultural background in a town with little diversity often made me feel out of place, especially when my appearance didn’t always reflect my background. Lambdas gave me a way to reconnect with my cultures while finding a true sense of sisterhood. I also wanted to be more involved on campus and make an impact in my community.
