Comparison has a way of stealing our joy and clouding our perspective. We look around and wonder why others seem to have it easier while we’re struggling to stay faithful and trust God through hard seasons.

We were never meant to carry bitterness or figure everything out on our own. God invites us to bring our honest thoughts and emotions to Him and trust that He is still guiding us, even when life feels unfair.

Spend time with God today and let His presence reshape your perspective.

After four straight national championships, a new Oklahoma softball team faced the pressure of following players whose names had become well known across the sport. But through prayer and Scripture, one truth became clear: throughout the Bible, many of the people God used most powerfully were never even named.

Their faith mattered more than their fame.

As followers of Christ, our goal is not to make much of our own name, but to reflect His. Whether you feel overlooked, ordinary or unknown, God sees you, knows you and can use your life in incredible ways through simple faithfulness.

It’s not about building our kingdom — it’s about pointing people to His.

It’s easy to pour our time, energy and attention into the things we love most. In sports, we train, study, practice and pursue improvement daily.

Following Jesus is not about perfection, but continual pursuit. The more we seek Him, the more our desire for Him grows until being with Him becomes our greatest joy.

May God become our one thing above everything else. ☝️

We admire great athletes and coaches because of what they accomplish and the impact they leave behind. But Psalm 90 reminds us that no one compares to God. Before time began, He was already God — and He will remain forever.

The Creator of the universe is not distant from us. He desires a relationship with us and invites us into eternal life through Jesus.

There is nothing greater than knowing Him, trusting Him and allowing Him to shape our lives each day. The God who has always existed is still present with us now.

Everyone is running toward something. Before Christ, we often chase our own goals, desires and direction, only to find ourselves empty and off course. But through Jesus, we are invited into something greater.

When we follow Him, He gives our lives purpose, direction and lasting hope. We begin to run with Him and for Him, trusting that His plans are better than our own.

God is not distant from us. He is pursuing us with His love, faithfulness and grace every single day. Stay the course, keep your eyes on Him and run the race with purpose.

“For the Lord God is a sun and shield; the Lord grants favor and honor.” — Psalm 84:11

There are moments in sports and in life when it feels easier to quit than to keep going. The pressure, setbacks and uncertainty can feel overwhelming. But Psalm 84 reminds us that God is our shield and strength through every season.

He is not distant from our struggles. He walks with us, protects us and guides us forward even when the road feels difficult.

As followers of Christ, our hope is deeper than our circumstances because our lives are held securely in Him.

No matter what you are facing today, keep trusting God and keep moving forward. He is faithful every step of the way.

David understood what it felt like to drift from God. After choosing sin over obedience, he cried out for God to restore the joy he once had in Him.

So often, when we fail or fall short, we begin to believe we’re too far gone. But our mistakes do not change our identity in Christ.

David was still God’s child. And through Jesus, so are we.

God’s heart is not to push us away, but to restore us. He offers forgiveness, grace and the opportunity to return to Him with a renewed heart.

No matter where you’ve been or what you’ve done, God is still calling you back to the joy found in Him.
