This Mother’s Day season, guest instructor Ilona Erskine invites you into a supportive space for mothers grieving the loss of a mother or a child.

On May 17th, join Ilona in gentle movement, with space to allow breath to reconnect with your body, the opportunity to share stories, if you feel called; & the experience of creating a terracotta pot as a lasting expression of remembrance & growth.

There are no expectations—only space to feel, to remember your mother, mother figure or child, & to grow in your own way while being held in a supportive community.

Bring a yoga mat (limited studio mats are available to rent)
*4 participants minimum to hold the event

Well.... to be honest having a space to call my own has been a LONG time coming (skip to bottom if you don't want to read a little story lol).

My sagitarius side always thought going with the flow and not planting my self in one spot was the vibe.

Having one spot felt overwhelming, a huge commitment and didn't feel very freeing as my inner spirit.

On the flip side, part of me would go by buildings that had for rent signs and think.... hmmmm... maybe? Then the logical brain takes over and the ya that probably won't happen thoughts take over.

Lately I been trying to limit my social media use as I feel like that has played a huge part of my confidence and mental health.

Maybe you feel it too?The constant comparing. Thinking that if only I did this or that or if I had more of that I could do blank too. Cause same friend.

Anyway backing off social media I think really has helped me realign. Honestly this space kind of just came together.

I can't wait to connect with other businesses within the building as I know as a whole we are going to do some pretty awesome things.
ANYWAYS haha with that being said I am doing a soft opening this weekend by opening my schedule to a few more clients this weekend as I continue to grow my business. :)

**Treat yourself to a 1 hr reiki session (45 mins of reiki & 15 mins of chatting a few minutes before the session and 10 minutes after).

THIS WEEKEND only (you can purchase this weekend to schedule for another date) will be $30 :) as I want as many of you to have some rest and relaxation.

Maybe you have felt stuck, anxious, stressed? These coud be signs that your nervous system needs a reset. To come back to feeling grounded and like yourself again.
