Healthy Jurupa Valley Healthy Jurupa Valley (HJV) is part of a national Healthy Cities movement to improve the health and quality of life of all our residents. You are needed!

Community Meetings held the first Tuesday of every month at 9AM. Healthy Jurupa Valley was formally established in December of 2012 with an inaugural leadership meeting, followed in April of 2013 by the Healthy Jurupa Valley Extravaganza Health Fair. Healthy Jurupa Valley is a collaborative effort with the City of Jurupa Valley and HJV parent agency, Reach Out. Our work is accomplished through fiv

e Action Teams. Each Action Team is co-chaired by volunteer leaders from our community, and is focused on goals set by community members, for community members. These powerful Action Teams are:

1. Arts and Recreation

2. Community Prosperity

3. Community Safety and Readiness

4. Gardens and Markets

5. Jurupa Valley Family Resource Network
